Dear Sir,

i have bought cnc lathe machine.

Specifications: Herbert Churchill Ltd M/C Type HC 3/15 M/C No 918080 Div No 30080 Elect DRG E0A15453 Hyd DRG HAO 4026 Supply 415V/3ph
control: Fanuc 6T type A02B-0059-B401 serial no 1000085 date 1984-02 fanuc mechatronice S.A
Mother Board: A16B-1000-0030/05C PC Model-B: A20B-0008-0440A ROM: A16B-1200-0150A CRT/Puncher: A20B-0008-0430A BMU 64-1: A87L-0001-001508I
Problem: when i power on the control the dispaly of control(crt/mdi) unit show the green layers therefore i cant read digits. would you like to help me in this problems. i shall be greatfull to you. also if any one have its orignal parameters then please send it to me.

U are facing problem of Diplay not appearingTell me,

1.Is there any alarm on master pcb ie on centre side there are led any of teh glowing.

2.CRT Unit is showing green raster means yr CRT unir is ok.

As per my experiance such problems resolved by replacing MDI CRT Pcb A20B-0008-0430A.IF yOu have spare pcb or swap from other 6T Controller machine.

I need to know in that they can help me with the planes of the electronic and electrical system of it(he,she) returns(changes) cnc ikegai fx 20 II, since I have problems under control of speed, and I am urged enough please give me an orientation.

Dear sirs

Somebody can help me about a machine problem which is, when I try to make G71 canned cycle G71 P100 Q200 U.2 W.2 F.2 the machine does not work and comes 62 p/s alarms.

G92 thread cutting works fine.

Please tell me how to fix this problem.
