i have passion for all things invention and CNC roboitcs fabbing mechatronics 3d prinitng etc and the brains to put a plan into action

many years ago it was a music festival site believe it or not i was a musician and festival promotor in New Zealand in another life

How did you decide on a name for your website?

it is the towns name i live in in the USA after i married the love of my life who just so happened to live in it.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

it is targeted directly at the the home user and consumer CNC developing markets

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

to have the largest gcode content delivery site on the net and put a CNC robotic tool in every home in the world

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

50/50

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

i would go into production of more machines more quickly i would employ more people to convert exisitng plans to CNC for the user base i would expand and develop makecnc.com at lightning pace to be first to market before the CNC robot explosion happens

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

i would seek venture capital and add to a great management team through you guys :)

Money and time

hard work

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

it takes much more time that i had hoped i need to spend more time in the R & D shop developing new products and testing new gcode i need a web developer !!

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

for only a few days and it will be revamped soon and up for many years as you can see i am not a web designer...but we are working on it and we are already getting sales on our first product

Replace this with a question of your own
