There are several companies in the world which manufacture CNC machines and in this blog we will learn something about one such company. The name of the company is HAAS machines.
It has a wide range of vertical as well as horizontal CNC machining centres under its belt and caters to the needs of a wide target of consumers who have such requirements. It was established by Gene Francis Haas in 1983 and it went a long way to become one of the largest CNC machines manufacturers in the world.
The company has got a world wide network of distributors that work round the clock to provide sales and after sales services for the customers. When in the year 1988 the company declared that it would produce vertical machining centre for under US dollars fifty thousand, most of the people at that time were sceptical about it.
Of course nowadays it is very common to see such machines since computers and software have drastically reduced in costs since that time. The company has a huge manufacturing facility at Oxnard in California which uses state of the art technology to manufacture high quality reasonably priced CNC machines to supply them worldwide.
