Laser cutting can provide parts from simple designs to very complex designs. From custom designed parts to specialized letters, numbers and designs for signs. Parts can be micro or as big as 60" by 120". We have a rotational head that can tubing. Very few materials cannot be laser or waterjet cut. Ameristar Laser can maintain tolerances of + or - .002. We are an excellent source for prototype parts, with turn around on quotes within 24 hours and parts usually within one week or less. Production parts are also no problem.  CNC can be fun for you can watch the machine doing all sorts of exercises for you while you wait for completion of the tasks. But the tough part about CNC is the generation of the G-code which is the language that your CNC machine understands. So if you have your program in other files such as DXF or STL, just use one of these programs to convert them to G-codeLink: DXF to Gcode
