CNC Axis Boosts Brake Efficiency

Producer of heat exchange products, Searle Manufacturing invested in another two Baykal press brakes with two axis CNC backstop from Press and Shear Machinery.

The additional computer controlled axis speeds the set ups between batches thus lessening the idle times on machines and producing higher outputs.

This would mean that the operator no longer has to walk around on backs fo the machine just to manually reposition the two hinged backgauge fingers along the bending line.
